Half amazing, half disappointing
Unlimited snacks and drinks available 24/7 were a pleasant surprise, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful, adding a personal touch to our stay.
The room was much smaller than expected, making it difficult to move around comfortably and lacking sufficient space for luggage.

The bathroom drain in my room was clogged, with the fun bonus of occasional unpleasant odors!!! The lack of windows in some rooms added to the airlessness and certainly dampened the experience — a bit more ventilation would go a long way!!!
